September is Self-Care Awareness Month, therefore, each Wednesday in September, Well Together will be Hosting a “Let’s Prioritize Self-Care” Support Group. We will be providing a safe space for individuals to discuss everything Self-Care, this will include: discussing our barriers to self-care, scheduling self-care, learning new self-care practices, planning for our short and long-term success to ensure self-care is a regular practice, and more!
